Getting help inside the app
- Open your account menu and choose Report a problem. SuperX notes the screen you were on, so we can see what went wrong.
- Or open Help Center from the More menu to ask HR, IT or finance a question and follow the reply.
Signing in
- ScaleX creates every account; there is no sign-up.
- ScaleX team members sign in with their company Google account.
- Partners sign in with the email and password ScaleX gave them, under Sign in with email & password. If you have lost your password, write to us.
Your account and data
- To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and data, email hr@scalex.club or raise a Help Center request.
- AI features can be allowed or turned off at any time from your account menu, under AI features.
