SuperX Privacy Policy

SuperX is the internal workplace app of Scalex Media Private Limited ("ScaleX", "we"). It is used by ScaleX employees, interns, contractors and partners whom ScaleX invites, on the web at superx.club and through the SuperX apps. ScaleX creates every account; there is no public sign-up. This policy explains what SuperX collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
What we collect
Account and work details
- Your name, work email, profile photo, employee ID, role, department, reporting manager and joining date.
- Sign-in details: the company account or email address you sign in with, and when you signed in.
Employment records
- Attendance (clock in and clock out times, leave and corrections), salary and payroll details, performance reviews and feedback, probation, onboarding and exit records, letters, agreements and electronic signatures.
Profile details you add
- Date of birth, gender, blood group, marital status, parents' names, any health information you choose to share, personal email and phone number, emergency contact and addresses.
- Identity and bank details needed for employment and payroll: Aadhaar, PAN, UAN and bank account details, with the documents you upload to support them.
Content you create
- Tasks, comments, messages and files you share in SuperX, screen recordings, notes and voice notes, Help Center tickets, payment requests, and conversations with SuperX AI.
Device information
- A push notification token and the type of device, so we can send you notifications.
- The camera, microphone and photo library are used only when you use a feature that needs them (such as recording a voice note or attaching a photo), and only after you allow it in your device settings.
SuperX does not show ads, does not use advertising identifiers, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not include any third-party analytics.
How we use it
- To run SuperX for you: tasks, attendance, messages, documents, payments and the other features you use.
- To run employment at ScaleX: HR, payroll, compliance with employment and tax law, and verifying identity and bank details.
- To send you notifications and emails about your work.
- To keep SuperX secure and to answer your support requests.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI features
Some SuperX features use AI services run by other companies: SuperX AI chat and voice, voice note transcription, task, plan and form suggestions, and Help Center ticket sorting. When you use one, SuperX sends what you type, say or attach in that feature, and the SuperX records needed to answer you (for example your tasks or your teammates' names), to the third-party AI service providers we work with. They provide answers, transcription, speech, suggestions, summaries and web search.
We send this data only so the provider can produce the answer you asked for, and never for advertising. In the SuperX apps nothing is sent to these providers until you allow it, and you can turn AI features off or on at any time from your account menu, under AI features. If you turn them off, the rest of SuperX works as usual.
ScaleX also uses these AI services in some automated internal processes on company records, for example to draft reminders about overdue tasks and to check that profile photos are suitable.
Who receives your data
We share personal data only with the service providers that run SuperX for us, and only what each one needs:

| Verification | Verifying Aadhaar, PAN, bank accounts, UAN and phone numbers, and background checks of candidates. |
| Client work accounts | Managing access to the advertising accounts ScaleX runs for its clients, for the people who work on them. |
| Automation services | Services that relay requests between these tools, cloud computers used by SuperX AI agent mode for administrators, and an internal messaging bot. |

We require each of these providers to protect personal data with the same or equal protection as this policy describes. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you work with ScaleX. When you leave, your SuperX access is removed. We keep employment, payroll and tax records for as long as Indian law requires, and delete or anonymise the rest when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
- See and correct your details on your SuperX profile, or ask the People team.
- AI features: allow or turn off from your account menu, under AI features.
- Notifications, camera, microphone and photos: change these at any time in your device settings.
- Delete your account and data: ScaleX issues SuperX accounts, so deletion is handled by the People team. Write to hr@scalex.club or raise a request in the SuperX Help Center. We delete or anonymise your data, except records we must keep by law, and tell you what was kept and why.
- You also have the rights that apply to you under the law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, such as withdrawing consent and raising a grievance.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Access inside SuperX is limited by role, and database rules let each person read only what their role allows.
Children
SuperX is a workplace app for adults and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in SuperX when a change is significant.
